The Hampshire Festival of the Mind 2014 ~ Routes to Resilience

Created by the members of the Good Mental Health Co-Operative, the Hampshire Festival of the Mind took place on the 4th Oct 2014 at Portsmouth Cathedral, attracted over 300 people!

Inspirational guest speaker Rachel Perkins OBE spoke about alternative approaches to recovery and mental health service support.

A multitude of varied stalls showcased their services, and people could sign up for taster workshops in singing, mindful meditation, resilience, laughter, poetry among others.

Question Time:¬†‘No Health Without Mental Health’

The People of Hampshire had their moment to discuss key questions about today’s mental health services in this incredibly important event that filled the room and set the start of a regular ‘Mental Wealth Trialog’ that is now happening across Hampshire.
