Part of the Hundred Years of Mental Health Care Exhibition
Using a technique called Image Theatre we ran a five week course working to transform participants feelings and memories of mental health care and mental ill health into still images.
The photography you see here on display were developed by the group and represent real times and personal experiences.
The concepts below were some of those explored during the project:
- Emotional Portraits
- The Mental Health Assessment
- Isolation
- Conflict
- Being Heard
- Family Distress
- Connection
