Hi I’m Sarah, I deliver psychotherapy for a range of common mental health problems such as depression, low self-esteem, general anxiety, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD and obsessive compulsive issues.  I am also accredited to work with CBT for long term health problems, chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia.  I am training in delivering therapy to adults and children above the ages of 12yrs.

Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Mental Health Nurse and holding accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapy.  I have been delivering evidence based psychological therapies privately and for the NHS online and in person.  My private practice operates on Zoom with a online booking system for your convenience. You can book a free assessment and consultation session with no obligation to continue so that you can feel confident you have found someone you can related to.  For more about me please see my About Me page

My clinic opening times are:

Monday: 1:30pm – 8:30pm – Remote via video call
Tuesday: 10:30am – 3:30pm – Remote via video call
Wednesday: 8:30am – 3:30pm – Remote via video call
Thursday: 10:30 – 7:30pm – In-person at our Portsmouth venue

Therapy modalities delivered are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Fees
£75 per 50min remote session via video call
£80 per 50min in-person at our Portsmouth venue
£95 per 50min home visit

Sarah Haskett offers a free 50min consultation/assessment session. This is a chance for you to get to know each other and for you to feel confident you have chosen the right therapist and the right mode of therapy.  There is no obligation to continue should you decide we are not the best match for you.

Remote sessions are delivered over an encrypted secure video call platform that will run on your pc/mac and apple/android smartphone or tablet. Telephone therapy is also delivered if preferred and text based therapy can also be arranged.
